When is my order going to be delivered?
We mention delivery times for every product on its product page. You can see typical rates below but it is best if you cross-check with the product page of the particular item(s) you have ordered.
Production, shipping and delivery of our handmade products to the UK typically takes 2-7 days. However, there are a few products that take a bit longer, 12-20 days.
Production, shipping and delivery of our handmade products to the US takes 10-20 days.
European Union (EU)
Delivery rates for EU countries very depending on the country but typically it ranges between 12-20 days. Please contact us if you need further information for your country.
Rest of the World
Delivery rates for the rest of the world vary between 15-45 days depending on your country. Please contact us if you need further information for your country.
How and where are your products made?
Our sunglasses are designed by our team in London, UK and manufactured in China. They are carefully crafted by hand in conditions that maximise quality and offer high specs. They all feature polirized lenses to eliminate glare, 100% UV protection and spring hinges for maximum durability and comfort.
After our two-step quality control, they are stored in London, UK where they are dispatched from.
Our tops are typically manufactured overseas. They are printed using the Direct To Garment (DTG) technique either in the US or in EU, where they are stored and dispatched from.
Our leggings are printed, cut and sewed either in the US or in EU. They are stored and dispatched from the closest location to your delivery address.
Can I cancel my order?
In order to keep delivery rates as low as possible, we process all orders as quickly as possible (within 2 days, most of the orders within 24 hours). Once an order is processed we are not able to cancel it. However, if you contact us shortly after placing an order and we haven’t processed it yet, we are happy to cancel your order and place a full refund.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund for undelivered items or for items that don’t match the product description. We are happy to send a replacement item instead of a refund should the customer prefers this option.
