Cancellation

As we try to keep delivery rates as low as possible, we are processing orders as fast as possible. Usually we process orders within 24 hours.

Once the order is processed, we are not able to cancel it.

If you contact us shortly after your order is placed to request a cancellation and we haven’t processed it yet, then we will cancel your order and refund you.

Refunds

We offer a full refund for undelivered, unwanted or damaged items as described below.

If your order is eligible for a refund, you need to contact us within 14 days of delivery.


Undelivered items

Undelivered items are considered items that have not been delivered within 2 weeks from the day of shipping in the UK and within 6 weeks from shipping outside the UK.

If your order is not delivered within the above time frame, your order is considered undelivered and you are eligible for a full refund.

Please mind that if you provide a wrong, incomplete or invalid address, your order is not eligible for a refund.

Unwanted items

If you don't want your order anymore, you may return the product in its original condition within 14 days of delivery and you will be eligible for a full refund. 

Defective items

Items that arrive defective are eligible for a full refund.

Refunds for payments that were made by card might take 5-10 working days since the refund is placed. Refunds for payments that were made by PayPal typically are processed within 24 hours since the refund is placed.

If you don’t receive your refund within the above specified time frames then follow the steps:

1. Check your account again
2. Contact the bank or other institution that issued your card or PayPal depending on the payment method you used
3. If your case is not resolved after taking steps 1 and 2, please contact us at contact@fabrixapparel.com
